Automation

The automation team is a competent and reliable contact partner for electrical, measurement and control installations as well as the planning and execution of infrastructure projects in almost all industries.
It takes responsibility for the maintenance and servicing of process plants in the chemical industry and seeks individual planning solutions for projects of all kinds and in almost all sectors, with a focus on cost-effectiveness, safety and quality of execution.

We take on the planning and execution of complete and partial plants with the following range of services:

  • Project management and engineering
  • Delivery and installation of complete EMSR systems
  • Quality assurance, maintenance
  • Technical documentation, maintenance and operating instructions, commissioning
  • Overall construction management and installation supervision
  • EMSR and process control engineering

Software engineering:

  • Creation of customised software solutions (Siemens S5/S7/PCS7/WinCC, ABB Freelance)
  • Support with software changes/adaptations
  • Creation of documentation (assembly plans, instructions, descriptions, function plans)

Project organisation:

  • Scheduling and resource planning
  • Cost calculation and cost monitoring

Construction site management:

  • Construction and contractor coordination
  • Assembly supervision
